In this role, the selected candidate will
act as liaison with branch, region, and Corporate offices to facilitate resolution of client issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety; build strong client relationships and provides quality service in an effort to retain client base.
Assess, evaluate, and anticipate HR needs that meet the requirements of both the employees and the company. Support the overall compensation and benefits programs, HR/payroll support, recruiting, and training.; provide guidance and recommendations to executive management to support a best-in-class HR function.
Ensure all policies are being met when sourcing and selecting candidates. Work directly with hiring team leader to provide proper guidance around competencies, capabilities, skills, diversity, and balance of external and internal selections.
Provides global mobility related expertise in the areas of international assignments and Host Entity sponsorship. Provides HR related expertise for hiring in non-U.S. locations and seeks country specific counsel as needed.
The HR Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for all HR matters including recruiting and on-boarding, performance management, interpretation and application of HR policies and business processes, collective bargaining agreement administration, and HR services for a group of assigned management team clients.
Partner with the HR specialists and business leadership teams to deliver practical solutions in all areas of HR including employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, training, change management and recruiting.
