Enhances and builds the capability of the business by incorporating the people component into strategic planning, development, and assessment. Works with top management to set long-term staffing goals, as well as development and effectiveness strategies.
Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
The Human Resources Manager will act as an HR liaison in an assigned area; serving as a consultant to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function by providing professional HR administration and support to field management and associates.
Act as the primary employee relations and labor relations contact and consultant to client groups, coach supervisors, managers and employee in matters related to all facets of employee - company engagement, policies and procedures.
