In this role, the selected candidate will
act as liaison with branch, region, and Corporate offices to facilitate resolution of client issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety; build strong client relationships and provides quality service in an effort to retain client base.
In this role, you will manage the administration of HR policies, procedures and programs and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, employment, recruitment, payroll administration, training and benefits.
In this role, you will resolve general Associate Relations issue including conducting employee relations investigations and fact finding; administer company's correction action process in partnership with DC HR Mgr; assist with unemployment claim information and unemployment hearings.
