In this role, you will support, monitor, and administer the operation of a network(s) including hardware and software (e.G., token rings, routers, hubs, bridges, network management system, operating system, middleware and network management applications).
Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
