The Administrative Assistant will make other valuable contributions, including preparing and updating reports, meeting materials, contact lists, scheduling and coordinating meetings, domestic and international travel arrangements, conferences, completing expense reports, and various other administrative duties.
In this role, you will be responsible to accurately prepare daily and monthly schedules for nursing department. Coordinate schedule with nursing supervisor to insure proper unit coverage.
Send daily staffing count to director of nursing.

In this role, you will provide instruction that incorporates current evidence-based knowledge, teaching methodologies, technologies, and other trends that reflect advances in advanced practice nursing. Expertise and advanced certification as an adult primary care nurse practitioner is required.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform daily rounds, present patients and implement the plan of care, give educational presentations, perform invasive diagnostic procedures and therapeutic procedures, and participate in all surgical aspects of the intraoperative care of cardiac and thoracic surgical patients.
