The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating educational programs for nursing service and other departments, performs clinical tasks and assists in other departments. The Director of Staff Development will perform clinical tasks and assist in other departments on a routine basis and as a significant portion of their time.
The analyst will take on special IR&D and Government Finance-related projects as required. These will provide unique opportunities to interact with contacts throughout Finance as well as Engineering, Program Management, Contracts and Legal, often including interaction with Senior and Executive Management. These projects may involve, but are not limited to: litigation avoidance and support, strategic/long-term financial planning, and proactive cost accounting problem/issue avoidance.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage customer communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall solutions design; conducts solutions presentations and obtains customer acceptance to solution design.
In this role, you will be performing project setups, analyses, designs, etc., for/with customers. Similar duties are often associated with the selection, acquisition, installation and configuration of applications licensed from third parties, and interaction.
In this role, the selected candidate will be working with named or large key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
Develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
-The ideal candidate will come from a successful outside sales background in pharmaceutical or medical sales. Will also look at candidates from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, especially in Fleet Sales, Branch Managers or Area Managers or Business-to-Business Sales (i.e. Canon; Ricoh; Xeox agencies; Cintas; Unifirst; ADP; Paychex..).
Maximize customer penetration through use of prospecting, presentation, selling, closing, follow up and account development skills; produce sales trend reports and other analysis for leadership review via CRM software system.
The Database and Business Intelligence Developer will provide an essential role developing and managing databases and stored procedures, designing schemas, performance tuning, working with management and customers to identify business reporting needs, establishing and supporting a corporate data warehouse and related data marts and identifying and implementing business reporting solutions.
