The Lean Process Manager is responsible for the training, facilitating and implementation of Lean initiatives throughout the plant floor. This position will be tasked with creating and managing strategy and direction towards operational excellence to contribute to the overall performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for management of mini-transformations (defining work plans, coordinating team members); maintains strong communications and partners with other Lean Leaders to ensure consistent application of lean tools and a high degree of standardization between plants.
As a Quality Manager- you will be the regional representative of a Global Quality Organization. You will also lead and support the technology and logistic platform actions in order to ensure quality standards compliance, product quality objectives and process improvements.
Develop the strategy and comprehensive annual plan of Lean activities, including Value Stream mapping, Kaizen plans and events, and Lean assessments. Lead, coach, motivate, and work with teams and Lean champions to close projects.
