The ComplianceSpecialist has responsibility for the maintenance of charting tools and forthe release of ASO and fully insured regulatory filed/approved language toproduction matrix partners in an efficient, timely and compliant manner.
The Associate Quality Systems Specialist provides oversight of Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and use. The main objective is to ensure good health of the system through the monitoring of process performance, reviewing records, reporting metrics, and leading or participating continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will work with Production Units to move filed and approved language into production. Negotiates directly with state regulators (involves Compliance, Government Affairs and supporting attorneys as appropriate)

In this role, you will monitors NERC Reliability Standards of the Bulk Electric System, as well as NPCC Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program ( CMEP ), to ensure NSTAR operations and compliance documentation remains in compliance with regulatory requirements.
