In this role, you will be responsible for identifies patient health-related problems and risk states and develops nursing care plans accordingly. Assists other nurses in assessment, diagnosis, care planning, and evaluation of outcomes.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide point-of-service support with key healthcare providers, clinics, and infusion centers within a specified geography in order to enhance disease knowledge, support the patient therapy selection process, coordinate and provide training, assist patient pull through, enhance compliance and improve adherence.
In this role, the selected candidate will assess, plan, organize, supervise, provide and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process; make nursing judgments and decisions and assume responsibility for nursing care and documentation.
The clinical nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide evidence-based care and to continuously monitor and evaluate practice to ensure safe passage of patients that is in the best interest of populations served.
The Nurse Practitioner provides Psychiatric and Mental Health care through case and medication management and serves as a liaison and advocate for patients by assisting in coordinating continuing care for those with acute and chronic psychiatric problems.
