The Business Analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the
requirements, and formulates a solution to meet the requirements while fitting into the
capabilities of our systems and resources.
In this position, you will plans, designs and recommends business processes to improve and support business activities. Analyzes and documents client's business requirements and processes and communicates these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates from organization.
In this role, you will organize and synthesize information provided by stakeholders in order to enable the project team to implement a solution that meets those needs and identifies opportunities for improvement.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong hands-on Business Analysis and Data skills: facilitation and gathering of user requirements development of business requirements and functional specifications documents, system and user acceptance testing (UAT), process mapping, data extraction and validation, data mapping, reporting development & automation, building of queries, experience working with data warehouses or databases.
In this role, the selected candidate will work directly with clients; comfortable in working directly onsite with external clients as both a resource as well as a subject matter expert for the business process, while creating strong business rapport with all external clients, while working within standard client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The job holder is responsible for formulating and defining system's scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational and/or industry requirements.
This position is a combination of a Business Project Manager plus Operations Support in support for the domain owners. Ensures projects are completed on time and in scope. Incumbent is responsible to the Domain Lead.
