The Manager will lead selected financial, operational, and compliance audit projects, guide the work of assigned audit team members, coordinate with the Director, and facilitate the preparation of clear, concise audit reports.
Lead a team in conducting risk assessments, performance audits, and financial compliance reviews of Performing Provider Systems (PPS). This work will include validating PPS performance against completed process milestones; participating in site visits to verify performance; and complete monthly/quarterly reports to calculate achievement values in order to determine DSRIP payments earned.

Demonstrate the ability to provide team with directions, play a key role in execution of audit engagement from planning to wrap-up, and develop audit program steps to identify risks to ensure that the assignment quality standards are achieved.
