In this role, you will implement PeopleSoft v9.2 and requires an Application Developer 2 to work with NYSLRS implementation vendors and the Application Development team to manage and execute application development efforts.
In this role, the selected candidate will facilitate and/or participates in the design/development process; create technical/design artifacts to demonstrate technical flows, specification and interfaces of the system.
In this role, the selected candidate will communicate with network personnel or web site hosting agencies to address hardware or software issues affecting web sites operations, security or other issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will be staying abreast of any and/or new developments in the area of Usability, User Interface technologies, database methodologies, hosted deployments and associated data security.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing standalone desktop and/or client/server based software applications. He / She will also generate application prototypes to test viability of requested projects.
