This individual will play a key role in securing access and minimizing barriers to access for company Oncology products.The Regional Account Executive (RAE) will provide effective support and communication to the Oncology Specialty sales force to assist with the access for our oncolytics in select accounts as it relates to reimbursement and communicate updated reimbursement policies and reimbursement landscape changes.
Collaborates with the Global Account Manager(s) on strategic and/or large and complex opportunities and coordinates additional resources (e.g. consulting specialists, demo labs, etc.) to recommend, develop, and propose appropriate customer solution and services offerings.
Create and implement strategically sound business plans and tactical strategies within the assigned geographic territory to achieve individual, territory and company goals for sales, market share, call metrics, appropriate sample distribution, etc.
Work closely with partners to gather requirements and design complex business application and data integration solutions and recommend best practices and consultative approach for implementing integrations using the boomI atomsphere integration platform .
Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.
