The Account Representative sells, under close supervision, company products, services, and value adds by visiting and interacting with established and prospective customers to ensure the achievement of individual and corporate sales and profit goals.
The strongest candidate will be one that primarily considers themselves a hunter and has the ability to chase and win new accounts. You will be able to do this from the luxury of your home as it is a remote role, only requiring that you go into the headquarters once a quarter.
In this role, you will be understanding corporate goals and the industry of each account, completing an account profile for each account, identifying challenges within the account's document workflow, and continuous customer appointments. You will also be responsible for proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
In this role, you will develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline through the customer relationship management (crm) system including support for area opportunity pipeline management meetings, forecasting, opportunity management and business and technical proposal reviews
In this role, the selected candidate will be identifying top tier prospects in the South and develop sales campaigns to bring on new clients. By managing these clients, you'll be working customer relationships to maximize revenues by presenting SharePoint and Microsoft Stack products.
In this role, the selected candidate will be monitoring accounts for trends and reacting appropriately when action needs to be taken and communicating relevant information about individual accounts to the marketing and underwriting departments.
