The Business Development Sales Executive participates in a sales training program of webinars, live sessions, and calls that develop skill sets surrounding Financial Education, lead generation, team building, and closing techniques.
In this role, you will be understanding corporate goals and the industry of each account, completing an account profile for each account, identifying challenges within the account's document workflow, and continuous customer appointments. You will also be responsible for proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Work with clients on an account by account basis to resolve particularly complex/sensitive client discrepancies through meetings with clients, investigating the situation, objectively evaluating the facts, and making a sound judgment to resolve the situation in a timely and proactive manner.
The primary objective of the sales representative is to meet established MBOs (Management By Objectives) by delivering real value to our customers through differentiated products and services in a territory vacant due to turnover, short-term disability, or leave of absence.
The RSM is expected to provide complete technical support for the various applications in the field. The companys strategy is to sell on technical attributes not on price, hence the RSM is expected to master all technical aspects of the companys products.
Works closely with management to develop new sales strategies, pricing plans and product/service recommendations; works independently managing assigned customer base, expanding and developing accounts; conducts sales and account presentations.
