The RSM is expected to provide complete technical support for the various applications in the field. The companys strategy is to sell on technical attributes not on price, hence the RSM is expected to master all technical aspects of the companys products.
Work with clients on an account by account basis to resolve particularly complex/sensitive client discrepancies through meetings with clients, investigating the situation, objectively evaluating the facts, and making a sound judgment to resolve the situation in a timely and proactive manner.
In this role, you will be understanding corporate goals and the industry of each account, completing an account profile for each account, identifying challenges within the account's document workflow, and continuous customer appointments. You will also be responsible for proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
