The Manager, Human Resources provides facility leadership in areas that include employee relations, employee benefits, safety and health, wage and salary administration, performance management, and employment which includes recruiting, placement, on-boarding, and staff development.
The Human Resources Manager acts as a strategic business partner and leader to support business needs and organizational development. Ensures the company attracts, retains, develops and motivates the workforce to effectively meet the strategic business objectives.
In this position, you will manages all Human Resource programs for assigned segments of the company. Acts as a central resource to management and associates on compensation, staffing, AR, payroll, and benefits.
