The business/systems analyst will have strong analytical and problem solving skills and some technical skills. The analyst should have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and will work directly with the customer and developers.
In this role, the selected candidate will assess risks based on applicable standards and compliance programs such as ISO (International Organization for Standardization), PCI (Payment Card Industry), FFIEC (Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council), and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
This position is for the support and development of new and existing functionalities required to support the Clients Management System, Client Eligibility, Billing and Accounts/Receivables processes, for the Office of Information Technology.
In this role, the selected candidate provides routine support to Sales, during various phases of the sales cycle, to achieve stated revenue and/or market share growth strategies by gathering of data for proposal materials for prospective clients, participating in preliminary call activities, performing prospect research, presentation preparation, compiling of collateral material, and/or meeting preparation/follow-up.
