The Account Development Manager - Geographic (ADM) is responsible for servicing and retaining customer accounts within a specified geographic territory as well as driving new sales through assigned stores.
In this role, you will provide training, coaching, and communication of our Relentless Customer Care program with the sales associate staff, to insure associates exhibit the key behaviors needed in delivering relentless customer care.
In this role, you will be responsible to establish and implement sales growth plan for each customer and location. Includes selling and partnering with other local sales representatives and the district sales manager to sell / service each location.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for working with DCCS product line and engineering team to define IBW solution offerings in the enterprise space that includes both commercial and public safety applications.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for account management and growing existing business within current accounts. Presents new product opportunities, reviews purchasing trends and overall customer satisfaction.
In this role, the selected candidate will formulate and implement long and short-term strategic sales plans for existing and potential accounts within the Florida territory. Will develop and maintain business at national or regional Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) contractors and distributors with headquarters in assigned territory coordinates activity in other regions with peers.
In this role, you will performs management reporting and analyses of financial and operating data, including cost-benefit analyses, and performance assessments; develops business/financial forecasts for the division and projects; prepares updates, progress and variance reports, and other ad hoc reports for management reporting; identifies issues and proposes solutions.
