The Manager, Reporting and Analysis leads a team of Dashboarding and Reporting Analysts, providing BI functions to support internal and external (client facing) reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses. This role will manage the BI reporting tools (technology and processes) and, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, advocate and drive necessary development and growth in upstream system data, and business processes that impact Data Quality and the overall effectiveness of Reporting and Analysis.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years for a software development team and diligently applied Scrum principles, practices and theory.
The BI Manager will provide technical direction as well as implement and enforce data warehouse development and reporting standards and practices. Ideal candidates will have a progressive track record of multidisciplinary technology management in successful technology organizations.
