Work with the design/project engineering team to execute, and document all testing required for certification and/or qualification; assist with the calibration, preventive maintenance and repair of test instrumentation and equipment.
The candidate is expected to lead major proposal efforts including direct and in-direct management of engineers in a collaborative environment, with limited oversight from senior engineering leadership personnel.
Troubleshoot test automation code and/or framework issues to identify cause and correct; writes, debugs and maintains test scripts, test cases and automation frameworks using test automation tools (Selenium, TFS, SOAP UI).
You will plan and execute test tasks that include interpreting test requirements, writing test plans, designing test hardware, designing test software and testing and debugging deliverable hardware for commercial, military, and space markets.
As a Technical Support Engineer you will provide technical support to customers with Honeywell/EMS SATCOM products or systems including aircraft interface / interaction, sub-system, system and platform applications.
