In this role, the selected candidate will perform engineering project tasks and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints; works with mechanical design, analysis and systems engineers along with other PEs.
The Project Manager will monitor and follow up on project procurement, control and scheduling. Ensure project scope, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance and change order requests are in compliance with contract documents. Monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules, owner contracts and construction contracts. Serve as a technical source of information on project plans, specifications, requests for information and shop drawings.
In this role, the successful candidate will implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items from all program activities, IRs, Gates, Customer Reviews, etc.
The PMO department primarily is responsible for ensuring successful execution and management of the enterprise-wide project initiatives across cross-functional business units and IT. PMO ensures projects remain on-time, on-budget and deliver expected results.
