The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and plans for the Shamrock Farms portfolio of products in most major retail sales accounts in Arizona. Account types will include supermarkets, mass merchandise and non-traditional retail.
Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to provide strategic leadership in analytics applications. Collaboratively identify, prioritize & execute on opportunities for analytics to deliver business value.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing subordinate supervisors who supervise a number of employees in the sales department and are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of their unit.
In this role, you will oversee the sales, business development, customer relations, outside sales rep activities and engage in hands-on activities in each of these areas as required. Assisting in planning and ensuring the effective execution of business unit sales and market development strategies for assigned territory.
In this role, the selected candidate will capitalize on the Group Segment experience and implement best practices; communicate on the company pricing policy decided for the Key Accounts including for its worldwide projects.
Customer relationship integration at multiple levels to include issues related to quality, customer service, product utilization, billing and collection monitoring, analytics & information systems between Crothall and the customers facilities.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for working with provided resources to learn, grow, and gain intimate knowledge of the industry; support retention metrics as they align with Practice Solutions overall goal
