As the Account Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to act as the voice of the client and will interact directly with the client, software development, technical support and the management team. This role will be partnering with a variety of clients, particularly non-profits, to help onboard new and/or migrating clients to one of our Trax solutions.
Successful candidates will be responsible for work on multiple projects, leading junior staff, collaborating on design, guiding/producing construction documentation, product sourcing, preparing presentations and specifications including FF&E.
You will face a diverse set of problems requiring you to build software systems to capture billions of customer relationships, leverage graph clustering and statistical modeling techniques to make use of that information, utilize cutting-edge cloud computing services to build high availability distributed systems that can scale to massive levels while also creating new Marketplace features for company merchants.
In this role you will direct all phases of programs from inception through completion. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with a variety of development engineering teams (system architects, electrical design, RF microwave MMIC, mechanical, engineering analysis, special test equipment, integration and test), developing program plans based on requirements, managing budget, schedule and performance risk, meeting commitments, and anticipating and circumventing problems.
