The Speech-Language Therapist organizes and provides speech-language services including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation to facilitate rehabilitation. S/he directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluation, planning, directing, and administering therapy modalities of treatment to Pediatric patients in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability.

must have ability to work in a team-like atmosphere, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, teaching staff, physicians, social workers and students family members.
In this role, you will provides counseling and education to patients, family and staff. Participates as an interdisciplinary team member. Documents evaluation reports, daily/weekly summary and discharge reports.
