In this role, the selected candidate will lead the Contractor SBUs international marketing strategies, with specific focus on international product line planning, new product development, promotional activities and pricing strategies. The selected candidate will be a key member of the SBU strategic planning process.
In this position, you will participate and help integrate Four Peaks Brewerys initiatives in strategic planning efforts for national sales promotion, cross merchandising opportunities and promotional premium concepts/programs for inclusion in the Brand's, NRS' and Four Peaks Brewerys Region's annual marketing plan/s (scope-of-work).
In this role, you will develop Market Requirement Document (MRD) with specific detailed technical and marketing roadmaps. Collaborate with SBUs, E&T, OPs, and various other areas of the business to ensure successful implementation adhering to schedule, cost, and resource plans.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the day to day operations required to support the integrated marketing projects; end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns across the organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will be effectively pitch and present information in one-on-one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners and other employees of the organization.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide insight and expertise regarding the fundamentals of coordinated, cross-channel marketing what, why and how including industry best practices, trends.
In this role, you will work directly with business owners and subject matter experts to develop marketing initiatives and content to meet strategic marketing communications objectives, including development of member materials, newsletters, advertisements, interactive media, social media video and event materials.
