Responsible for serving as a liaison with the business owners to lead and facilitate the elicitation and prioritization of business initiatives and business requirements including but not limited to 3rd party vendor interface design, application functionality, user interface specifications and report design.
You will be responsible for developing both short term and long term solutions with process improvements after performing root cause analysis in line with any National Council of Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) or State Encounter standards.
Create, track, develop, plan, write and edit complex operational, instructional, maintenance or manuals for various DCGS-A systems in order to: meet program requirements for technical documentation and style and Cyber Security requirements.
Helping manage the project lifecycle: documenting requirements, managing our SCRUM-based development process, defining test plans for new software releases, coordinating deployments and coaching end users on usage of our systems.
Lead risk based and security analysis to administer and maintain, proactively identify issues/gaps and lead initiatives to improve overall Information Security function, ensuring access rights are maintained and risks remains low in changing business requirements and changing risk and threat landscape.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
Provide technical and analytical support to solve a wide range of complex issues and problems. Periodically makes recommendations that aid in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area.
