The team is responsible for LMS domain administration, logistics implementation for training events, and support of live and recorded virtual training sessions. The manager would be responsible for understanding and ensuring consultation aspects of the Training Ops team meet the expectations of client.

In this role, the selected candidate will manage a team of HR Generalists who provide HR support across the Tempe location and partner closely with the site leadership; lead the site-wide talent & succession planning process, salary planning and performance management through the functions and business units.
