In this role, the selected candidate reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development, prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.
This position provides ongoing assessment of performance, facilitates prioritization of improvement activities, oversees performance improvement projects and ensures successful clinical project implementation at operating entities.
In this role, you will work with management and technical staff in performing root cause failure analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to preclude recurrence. The selected candidate will also develop site Quality Engineer staff in usage of tools and processes for customer complaint investigations/continuous improvement.
In this role, you will provide leadership (thru cross functional teams) and influence to implement significant improvements in the quality system, processes, procedures and architecture. This includes having the necessary skill sets to lead continuous improvement projects.
