A Project Manager at LeadMD will be the hub of leading teams of energetic, creative, problem-solving marketers. He or she will work on delivering on deadlines, keeping projects at/under budget and always use expert risk mitigation techniques to keep projects on track.
You will face a diverse set of problems requiring you to build software systems to capture billions of customer relationships, leverage graph clustering and statistical modeling techniques to make use of that information, utilize cutting-edge cloud computing services to build high availability distributed systems that can scale to massive levels while also creating new Marketplace features for company merchants.
This position requires an experienced Project Manager, or Program Manager, with a strong understanding of and hands-on experience with resource management, project management, budget management, SLA and SOW and customer facing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full Project Life Cycle implementation experience with large corporate systems managing complex enterprise projects/programs as well as leading and directing work of matrix project teams of more than 25 resources.
Provides coordination and support of analysis and design of processes. Identifies improvement opportunities, participates in the selection of appropriate improvement approaches and supports operations management and improvement activities including design, development and implementation of improved operations.
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the program. Reports findings to senior management.
The department manager is responsible for staffing to adequately meet factory and program requirements per the budgets.This includes participation in hiring events and recruiting, maintaining adequate requisitions and balancing staffing requirements across all production factories.
