The Project Manager III (PM III), Digital Products is accountable for managing the delivery of digital products and services. The PM III plays an active role in making decisions involving human resources, technical and financial resources necessary to implement change for high impact environments.
In this role, the selected candidate will work the regional portfolio, making changes through direct communications with Project Managers, Business Development/Account Management resources and other project team members.
The program will provide information technology (IT) and computing services support for USAICoE s internal and external military and government organizations, including but not limited to procurement, design, administration, installation, management, web portal and content management, life-cycle replacement, Cybersecurity and governance, and battle simulation based support.
The Project Manager will monitor and follow up on project procurement, control and scheduling. Ensure project scope, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance and change order requests are in compliance with contract documents. Monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules, owner contracts and construction contracts. Serve as a technical source of information on project plans, specifications, requests for information and shop drawings.
In this role, the selected candidate will experience in production start-up, electronics manufacturing and/or manufacturing engineering, or operations program/project management, preferably in programs utilizing outsource manufacturing strategies to deliver space flight hardware.
In this role, the successful candidate will implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items from all program activities, IRs, Gates, Customer Reviews, etc.
