In this role, the selected candidate will ensure complete compliance to Shamrocks, Shamrocks Customers, Federal, State and Local requirements; update and develop training materials as necessitated also provide on-going training of plant associates.
The production supervisor will be required to take an active role in identifying and overseeing process improvement initiatives. The production supervisor will also have day to day responsibility to ensure compliance to company, customer and agency regulations.
The Supervisor, Logistics/Value Add Operations II is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the department; ensuring goals are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will manage personnel - hiring, developing, workflow scheduling and resource allocation for more than one department/functional area and/or technical production within a business group.
Responsibilities in Absence of a BRE Overview: Operations Manager will act as the backup manager when the BRE is out of the branch. Security Overview: Manage security inside and outside of the branch in compliance with the security manual and safety standards
In this role, you will provide developmental feedback to all direct reports (~10-15) regarding routing and coordinating efficiencies; coach direct reports to assure adherence to policies and procedures while completing all required daily supervisor tasks.
The production supervisor will be required to lead plant associates in all phases of the production process and to assure the facility meets key objectives in safety, quality, loss control, productivity and cleanliness.
