Install injectors, pistons, liners, cam shafts, cylinder heads, rod and main bearings, oil pans, clutches, fan hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, brakes, change or recharge batteries, and replace transmissions and other parts.
This position will be critical in accelerating the implementation and results associated with these initiatives as well delivering products into production at the lowest cost highest levels of quality and manufacturing process yield rates.

Responsible for designing opto-mechanical components, assembly and test fixtures for high power semiconductor laser arrays. Will be actively involved in fabrication, testing, and manufacturing support.
Candidate should be capable of leading small teams and will work closely with integrated product team leads/program managers ensuring engineering requirements are defined, risks are managed and schedules/budgets are met.
Evaluate and improve manufacturing process control by applying knowledge of product and tooling/fixture design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; and soliciting feedback from operators.
Coordinate factory requirements, maps them to automation systems capabilities and recommends technical solutions; drive continuous improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
