In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the management and oversight of a multi-shift manufacturing operation, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to VP/GM daily, weekly and monthly as required.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance shop in a safe and professional manner, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies and for hiring, training, developing, motivating and evaluating the performance of staff and providing ongoing feedback regarding performance and expectations.
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Engineering and Support Directorate (OESD) Manufacturing & Project Engineering Department Manager and will be accountable for the daily management and direction of approximately up to 20 Manufacturing Engineers.
In this role, you will provide overall Manufacturing Engineering department direction as related to production and equipment, process development/control for current manufacturing processes / products in a regulated medical device environment.

being closely connected with the business groups to become engaged early in product development and sale pursuits in order to provide guidance on Electrical and Mechanical product/data export licensing needs and to obtain required export authorizations in time to meet customer delivery expectations.
