This entry-level HRIS role is primarily responsible for providing HRIS support. This position works collaboratively with IT, Associate Services Center and HR team members to gain a working understanding and provide support to the Shamrock HR Technology platforms and processes.

The Human Resources Generalist II ( HRG II ) receives and conducts preliminary investigations regarding employee complaints or grievances. Ensures compliance with employment laws & regulations. Assists in administering activities relative to Corporate Compensation program, Benefits, Employee Services, and HR special projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will
work closely with other functions to solve multi-functional issues or challenges; troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary, proactively keeping end-users aware of status and taking responsibility for ensuring outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Conduct basic HR systems configuration, generate monthly metrics, provide analysis and interpretation of report data, analyze into root cause of problems and collaborate with HR team members to implement solutions.
The ideal candidate has experience selling NetSuite ERP, CRM or eCommerce solutions. Candidates who have sold Microsoft Dynamics ERP (GP, AX or NAV) software, professional or business management services, or customized software development services would also be considered.
