The Resource Nurse is responsible for the coordination of clinical activities through developing and sustaining an environment that promotes excellence in clinical practice and customer satisfaction, while striving for optimal efficiency, productivity and utilization of all resources.
In this role, you will oversee and provide primary care, including all clinical care, palliative care, and symptom control and identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients.
In this role, you will provide nursing assessment, initial plan of care and intervention(s) that optimize patient and family directed comfort and quality of life. The Hospice RN for Admissions will also be a member of the Hospice Care Consultant Team.
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.
