In this role, the selected candidate will manage the development, implementation, and/or administration of various compensation and benefit programs; such as job analysis and evaluation, job descriptions, market pricing of positions, salary administration; merit and bonus processes, annual benefits renewal.
In this role, the selected candidate will
ensure the Companys total compensation, benefits, and recruiting programs are competitive and cost-effective by planning, developing, and implementing innovative salary administration, and recruiting practices that support the Company business objectives.
Assist with all phases of the recruiting and selection process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating drug screens for prospective employees, coordinating and executing new hire paperwork, and preparing new employee files.
Engage Regional HR Business Partners when appropriate to partner with clients on strategic HR solutions such as compensation programs, employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, etc.
The Human Resources Manager will serve as an HR business partner supporting 85 employees in a non-union plant and will provide HR services in the areas of employee relations, compliance, recruiting, training, etc.
