In this role, you will be responsible for generating new revenue through Specialty Leasing and temporary deal making for multiple centers in a specific geographic area, by canvassing, cold-calling and growing existing tenants by adding new concepts.

The sales approach is selling to end users at the Director and VP level, with direct line of communication with partners: Architects, System Integrators, Distributors and General Contractors in the material handling vertical.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering profitable sales results by identifying and focusing on new accounts and growing under penetrated customers within the small to mid-size markets within an assigned sales territory.
