In this position, you will develop and maintain a weekly and monthly sales plan to prioritize and organize the most promising revenue generating sales opportunities. Consistent, sufficient and impactful calling are expected to drive results. To advance the sales process, you are free to cultivate referral sources, conduct events, share thought leadership or content of the firm, or involve senior management.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop measurable long range goals to achieve its mission; recommend timelines and resources necessary to achieve those strategic goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement an annual business plan to maintain high occupancy and achieve financial goals; foster creativity among staff to deliver services that maintain and enhance resident stability, independence and satisfaction.
In this role, the selected candidate partners with CMOs, CFOs and CEOs of very large hospital and provider systems (for ee.g Dignity Health, Arizona Care Network and Phoenix Children's Care Network) to analyze performance and design, advise and consult on strategies to maximize their financial performance as well as identify and close gaps within value based purchasing arrangements.
