The Head of Business Development is responsible for working with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers increase channel and partner sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the tracking and reporting (of pipelines, success rates, costs, financial performance, etc.) pertaining to the Company's business development efforts in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive fashion.
The Director of Business Development develops relationships with managed care organizations, hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare providers. The Director will also manage the daily operations of the Referral and Admissions departments and is responsible for supervision of the Hospice Care Consultants, Referral Department Staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing.

In this role, you will establish individual and team performance targets that align with overall business goals. Monitor performance and take action, as necessary, to ensure timely resolution of performance issues and personnel changes required to ensure targets are achieved.
As the Director of Sales and Business Development, you will drive lead generation in collaboration with local Market resources and firm-wide Marketing, drive the sales process for targeted accounts and services in collaboration with Service Line, Industry and Market leaders, develop and strengthen relationships with prospective local clients and grow the revenue and profitability of services company offers in terms of value to clients, number of clients, and profitability.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide support and coaching to local and International leaders and staff to ensure we provide a consistent field culture and level of support to our associates in each market.
As Account Director, you will be responsible for crafting a holistic approach with the goal of going deeper and wider within your assigned accounts while continuing to grow wallet share and product participation within new logo/prospect accounts as well.
