The Network Director, PMO/PI/CVA is responsible for setting up a Program Management Office for Performance Improvement (margin) and Clinical Value Analysis Project Management capability for the network.
Directs, administers and controls the day to day operations and activities of dialysis facilities and programs in an assigned area ensuring compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures in order to provide high quality dialysis services and outstanding patient care to the community.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity. As part of the Security Office, the Cyber security Operations Director will manage a team of individuals responsible for companys security infrastructure, security operations center and security incident response.
Design of course content and delivery of instruction to trainees including CIS content as standardized work, workload balancing, job element sheets and instruction training, practical problem solving, process improvement dialog/continuous improvement, waste elimination methods, team concept, workplace organization, and value stream mapping.

The Assistant Portfolio Operations Director coordinates the management operation of the cash management and resident relations functions within the guidelines of the quality standards, operating objectives, and goals established by the Company and the property management department.
