In this position, you will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. You will be part of a team of qualified Commercial Account Managers that will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and growth of our Commercial Customers.
Establish Paint/PBE Sales and Gross Profit goals and targets. Partner with the Regional Vice Presidents to design and implement a Paint/PBE Business strategy for each DMA in their assigned territory that supports market share growth. This strategy must include new Paint/PBE programs, inventory adjustments, and plans to counteract any competitive actions.
