This Clinical Research Coordinator is a full-time staff position in MWUs Institute for Healthcare Innovation (IHI). The general purpose of this position is to assist in execution of human and veterinary clinical research projects and studies under direction of the Associate Director of the IHI.
In this role, you will coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function. Position is responsible for a clinic unit. Position coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RN's.
In this role, you will act as the Team Leader for the Hospital's accreditation and regulatory programs. Participate in the credentialing, reappointment process, coordinates medical staff peer review activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform tasks required by protocol, which may include obtaining patient medical history, systems review, phlebotomy, EKG, and cognitive assessment on patients. Collects vital signs. Maintains quality assurance on designated protocols. Collects data as required and assists in interpreting and evaluating results as required.

In this role, you will provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training and mentoring for case managers, peer mentors, peer health and wellness coaches, family mentors, and rehabilitation specialists on assigned team.
In this role, you will plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate specific hospital-wide quality, risk and patient safety programs, and coordinate compliance and regulatory preparedness for all state, federal, and regulatory agency accreditation requirements.
In this role, you will develop, coordinate, facilitate and plan on-going information system evaluation including: user accuracy, data integrity, and system reliability to support decisions and coordinate outcomes.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the goals of the Gen Med organization by initiating, monitoring, and closing out clinical study sites following GCP and ICH guidelines as well as Novartis SOPs and ensuring that study milestones are met.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the operational and quality outcomes of the Marshall-Steele Joint Replacement Program, including patient education, quality improvements and the coordination of patient care pre-operatively and post-operatively.
This position is responsible for providing Informatics expertise and resources for a facility or specialty area. As a resource, this position provides on-going user training and informatics support for various teams and committees.
