Assist and advise Business Partners at all levels from Senior Management to end - users on Information Management policy, process, procedures and compliance; and use critical thinking and analysis to craft options and provide recommendations.
In this role, you will be responsible for

Develop and implement effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities through analysis.
Conduct basic HR systems configuration, generate monthly metrics, provide analysis and interpretation of report data, analyze into root cause of problems and collaborate with HR team members to implement solutions.
Responsible for the day-to-day sustaining management of our global Saba LMS as well as planning for future deployments. You will partner with our global users, internal IT and vendor support to ensure our learning systems support our employe.
Create and maintain positive customer relationships at the local level by visiting franchise offices and restaurant operators on a regular basis to proactively address concerns and gather feedback for continued service improvements.
