The In-Store Manager is responsible for managing and anticipating the needs of the branch, including driving sales, stellar customer service, complying with regulations and policy requirements, and facility management.
In this role, you will lead and manages branch associates at a branch with a moderate to substantial level of
activity and complexity; includes service associates, sale associates and multiple supervisors.
Responsible for the P&L of a medium-to-large sized revenue branch. Monitors expenses and analyzes financial performance of branch. Identifies operational deficiencies and implements plans for improvement.
Maintain strong and accurate attention to detail along with strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly productive manner; utilize understanding of escrow, title standards and company underwriting guidelines associated with a wide variety of commercial transactions.
Manage branch service team associates and service supervisor(s). Reinforces service
standards by conducting quality control training and inspections; directs service
department to ensure customer growth through retention increase.
The role of the Branch Manager is to reflect the corporate values and ethics of Company and to exhibit leadership in the following areas: marketing the branch in the community; providing a high quality customer service in building and maintaining productive relationships with new and existing clients, realtors, appraisers, builders, brokers, and title companies.
