The Area Manager is the P&L leader of a designated Geographic [Area]. The Area Manager has responsibility and accountability for driving Safety, increasing EBITDA and Cash Flow, improving customer satisfaction and developing the workforce across specified branch locations.
In this role, the selected candidate develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and achieve regional sales quota; directs Area sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of new accounts and the growth of existing accounts through solid customer relationships, communication of technical product and disease state information, and effective territory management skills.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead execution of delivery and service standards to ensure a high quality customer experience through efficient route operations; lead one or more profit centers which may be in one or more physical location.
