Develops and maintains a positive business relationship with the dealers, providing customer service and support to the dealer regarding credit policy and the dealer's applicants. Credit Analyst position assigned to larger/major metro market.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality; work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Identify application workflows, define testing process and schedule for end to end testing; Interact with multiple teams understand their requirements and guide them towards the success of the program.
Provide assistance with cost and trend analysis for development of annual operating plan and long range plans; perform monthly budget variance analysis and consult with department heads to understand and manage expenses.
In this role, you will be responsible for
accepting or coordinating acceptance of completed user stories on behalf of users. Collaborating with project leadership and team members to ensure clarity of requirements.
Conduct research, elicit and document business requirements from key stakeholders by using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
The candidate will be expected to coordinate communication, prepare and deliver data analytics for review by Customer Business Teams, Marketing & Product Management (M&PM), and Senior Leadership as required.
Serve as an instructor and training developer at JHATC. Instruction tasks include conducting platform instruction, small group instruction, test/evaluation administration, and counseling and assisting students.
Provide problem resolution of customer issues reported via the IT Service Desk System in compliance with applicable SLA. (Service Level Agreement); provide support to junior staff members who cannot find resolutions to open issues.
Perform periodic infrastructure and application security assessments of routine to moderate complexity and reviews for evidence of vulnerability or compromise and assists in or facilitates the implementation of resolution.
This individual will participate in a team of network security professionals in a 24x7 Enterprise IT Security Operations organization. He/She will be part of the enterprise infrastructure of the Network Security team, such as implementation of firewall rules and VPN administration.
