In this role, the selected candidate will responsible for working with the National Payment Centers, Development, and One Touch Support to identify, implement, and improve processes for quality control, reporting, and efficiencies. This staff would support implementation of XPOD, automated billing, and other processes to improve efficiencies and reduce expenses.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for testing all aspects of the software along with deployments, researching problems and support of code changes, working with a team of Quality Assurance Analysts.
In this role, you will support Information Systems Division (ISD) teams and applications by responding to complex business and technical problems; identifying and
proposing solutions; assigning development to team members; and ensuring complete implementation.
