The Sr. Quality Engineer will lead and facilitate the implementation of global and site specific quality initiatives and their continual improvement; responsible for the site quality engineering activities and lead, coach, and facilitate problem solving, analysis of data and continual improvement activities.
In this role, you will lead the requirements definition and architectural design for new EPM environments and / or scaling existing tools and solutions for the simplification and large scale management across the entire environment.
The primary roles of this position is: (a) Project Management of dark fiber implementations for both buy and sell contracts; (b) research of existing expiring IRUs, leases, collocation and maintenance contracts; (c) verify payments process is engaged for required payments and/or billing; and (d) establish and manage processes, including double checks, to ensure all data is gathered and reported within acceptable levels of accuracy.
This position assists in the development of detailed system specifications for major systems installation as well as provide work leadership and direction for other members of the programmer/analyst staff, with emphasis on detailed analysis, programming and/or configuration issues; works with little direct supervision in the maintenance of assigned systems and the development and installation of systems.
In this role, you will provide advanced support of developed Enterprise Security services by responding to customer requests, questions, and problems; working problem tickets; troubleshooting problems for root causes.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a hands-on experience on major components in Hadoop Ecosystem, including Oozie, Hive, Impala, HUE, HBase, HBase-Hive Integration, Scala, spark, dataframes, handling Avro files.
