This position assists in the development of detailed system specifications for major systems installation as well as provide work leadership and direction for other members of the programmer/analyst staff, with emphasis on detailed analysis, programming and/or configuration issues.
Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in commercial, open source, and custom software applications; infrastructure; people; and processes running across one of the worlds largest networks, chaining exploits together to simulate breach scenarios.
Responsible for plant-wide environmental activities ranging from routine air, water, and chemical permitting and reporting, and waste management, such as recycling, waste characterization, and accidental spills, to environmental community outreach and wildlife habitat certification.
Proposes and implements end-to-end solutions to complex problems associated with delivery of holistic data products. Designs and develops internationalized deployments that support localization in several countries.
This will consist of developing detailed structural designs for water and wastewater treatment process basins, chemical facilities, administration buildings, site retaining walls, preparation of design calculations, coordination with other support discipline activities, coordination with regional offices and regulating agencies, construction cost estimating, and quality assurance and control.
Develops and implements system solutions, within the guidelines identified in the Information Systems Development Life Cycle (ISDLC), that have high availability and scalability consistent with Customer needs.
Provide requirements development support, scheduling, and communications to meet application development needs for the customer; provide maintenance to TSCs Sharepoint-housed Research Database and Member Portal.
