Perform research (prospect) and client contact to identify and prioritize potential markets and customers. Determine client needs and evaluate company resources and capabilities in light of those needs.
Developing promotional strategy in customers, and promotional execution; develop and manage customer relationship with buyers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring local business objectives are achieved.
Coordination and collaboration across multiple functional groups (sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations, and legal) at Headquarters (HQ) and Business Unit (BU) levels to insure that objectives and goals of these customers are achieved.
Provide account specific promotional plans, recommendations to Director of Corporate Accounts to ensure achievement of account growth goals and develop ongoing customer plans that are in alignment with corporate and customer goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies by determining relevant factors (product, reimbursement needs, etc.) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the companys products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
This role will report to sales Director and lead account assignment business plan, which includes expanding account sell- in and growth strategy, sales promotion planning and execution, forecasting, and monthly business processes.
This position will partner with Field Sales to ensure financial objectives are achieved. The manager will analyze sales results and promotional spending, identify / investigate P&L variances, and help develop actionable plans to drive results.
Maintains ongoing network development and relationship building within Arkansas and coordinates applicable recruitment projects with other Delta plans; assists in the management of various network issues regarding credentialing, complaints and utilization review and conducts training of dentists and their staffs.
Management or Relationship Management or equivalent experience. Experience working with a large national manufacturer / distributor in key supply chain topics like demand, inventory, distribution, and production is strongly preferred. An advanced degree or MBA is not required though a plus.
