The Senior Analyst conducts organized analytical assessments and evaluations to understand and / or evaluate complex issues to inform decision making, policy development, system development, management, or administration of client processes.
The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple complex priorities simultaneously with a hands on style and be expected to exemplify true change leadership in developing his/her team and delivery of annual operating goals/metrics.
Maintains ongoing network development and relationship building within Arkansas and coordinates applicable recruitment projects with other Delta plans; assists in the management of various network issues regarding credentialing, complaints and utilization review and conducts training of dentists and their staffs.
Developing promotional strategy in customers, and promotional execution; develop and manage customer relationship with buyers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring local business objectives are achieved.
Coordination and collaboration across multiple functional groups (sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations, and legal) at Headquarters (HQ) and Business Unit (BU) levels to insure that objectives and goals of these customers are achieved.
Develop and implement sales strategies by determining relevant factors (product, reimbursement needs, etc.) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the companys products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
Lead planning and/or implementation of projects. May have to participate in the design and/or testing phases as SME. Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
This role will report to sales Director and lead account assignment business plan, which includes expanding account sell- in and growth strategy, sales promotion planning and execution, forecasting, and monthly business processes.
